the debug for the os hek is located in my games/halo ce/open sauce/reports
when you want to compile a scenario with os tool, you have to type : "os_tool build-cache-file-ex false false false false <scenario path>" .
uh im going to mess around with the shader extensions (especially with specular), well this is what i got after slapping normals on shaders
just a test but hey it does look nice with normals on it
when your scenario file is located in levels\test\bloodgulch you compile the scenario file with this command in tool:
tool build-cache-file levels\test\bloodgulch
you doesnt even know how my banshee looks like. the screens and video in xfire are about 1 year old that was the first thing i really made shaders for.
the warthog looks nice
but banshee sucks

will spv3 have more damaged perm's ? like minor damage, major damage, destroyed. permutation? i saw a video in youtube one time someone was doing that with os.

nice finally someone is making decent shaders for the h2 stuff.
you get an error when importing the emf file with the importer and only the boneset and markers will be there. thats the same what happens when you rip it from h3 with xtraction/alteration

the first time i used hek i never had problems, its easy to use, so i dont know whats the problem, and hek is much better than hmt etc.
So instead raging about the programs like an idiot you should learn to use them or go back to halo pc modding (which is more complicated sometimes than halo ce in my opinion) .
open the shield shader and replace the cmt shield offset bitmap with an extracted shield offset bitmap from halo 2 it fits perfect and does look better than the cmt offset in my opinion. message me on xfire when you want bitmap
so i had nothing to do and made something.
well lights are missing and i might fix the hands..

because the picture was taken in sapien and my game window is wrong scaled it does look different ingame
