If I may, between the trolls, inflated egos, and power plays between project teams, this site became a very toxic environment for people who wanted to contribute.

well-placed grass sprites would probably be more effective
I want to know why he is wearing the cloak in the first place, his suit has it's own built-in environment and I highly doubt that he is worrying about scratching the paint job.
I'd smooth out the outer rings, make it more organic
If they do release modding tools, it will probably be a $40 kit DLC that would be extremely strict in terms of what one can and cannot mod.
