on those vehicles try this:

use HMT or Pepsi or Eschaton:

go to vehicle tag (whatever vehicle you are using) and under seat:

change seat (0) to either

G-Driver or W-driver / also check drives vehicle + 3rd person is also checked

for gunner: W-gunner + check 3rd person + fires weapons
for passenger: W-passenger + check 3rd person entrance + uses MC weapons

make sure after you compile your scripts in Sapien; then you need to use "Tool" or "Toolpro" to "compile" your new map with the proper scripts.

after extracting with HEK you will need to have a fresh copy of the "data" & "tag" files and folders. I got it to work by saving a copy of these same folders to my desktop then after extraction I copied and pasted these saved folders back into my Halo CE root directory. Opened up sapien and was able to make modifications to the scenario map file.

Thanks for the "reply" map is very nice & fun to play! What editor did you use for the scenario file? Sapien? I may want to look at fixing those portal areas myself

I think map is big enough to support a banshee or flying vehicle. Also while exploring map I noticed a lot of high "sniping" areas that cannot be reached within the map; perhaps access to these areas will increase gameplay..IMO

tried "flushing" your hac file or delete your cahe.hac file from server?, but sounds like it may be something in your init.txt file
