Hello guys,
Today i wants to tell you an Nice way to get Free game servers..

Actually all game servers are hosted on Some kinds of VPSs setuped by providers.

some of you might be knowing about VPSs..
A virtual private server (VPS) is a virtual machine sold as a service by an Internet hosting service. A VPS runs its own copy of an operating system, and customers have superuser-level access to that operating system instance, so they can install almost any software that runs on that OS.

In other words its a computer like your once but with some cool net speed and it never goes shutdown(runs for 24x7 hours until you wish to reboot).

you can install your halo server there and left it for running 24x7 hours :) (there are various tutorials for installing halo server in vps, if you have any problem then you can contact me).

So now how to get Free VPSs..
there are hardly such providers which provide free vpses.
One of them which i know(i am admin there) is Post4VPS.com - https://post4vps.com/index.php

it is a Post2Host Forum where we need to do certain amount of posts in order to keep and maintain our VPSs..

I've downloaded the link (beam biped) http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=4296 , brought weapons, and inserted in the monitor. Since the projectile was broken, I had to use a spartan laser projectile and played with monitor, but found that it was not be able to take weapons.


Hello everyone, I have some ideas like making the monitor shoot projectiles (like in Halo 3 with laser). Would this be possible? I still don't understand weapons and projectiles. I need some step by step instructions as to what I should do with the biped monitor.


Edit: I guess, biped tag been built without a weapon, but I'm not quite sure.

i had imported cmt\weapons\evolved_h1-spirit\pistol\_pistol_mp weapon and
cmt\weapons\evolved_h1-spirit\rocket_launcher weapon and and tested them ingame without dedicated server (in LAN server) and found them in thier original color


but when i run the same map in dedicated server , i found that thier color changes to dark ,like pistol's color changes to dark blue and rocket luncher's color changes to black



can anyone know how can i fix it ?

noo my problem is when i uses TSC:S tagset it give an error that the fille is too large and cant open

and one of them suggested me to have os_HEK but it compiles only .yelo maps


how to make non OS_HEK capable of OS_HEK tags ?
I download TSC:E tagset And got to know that its a Open sauce Tagpack which is used in .yelo extensions so how can i use those tags in .map files ? Do i have to use same HEK or needing any other ?

I made a room where i wants to play some musics , so i made a .sound tag which is 2-4MB and when i put it I set it in .sound_scenery tag and add in senerio , the senerio closes . so any one can say how to play a sound only in 1 room of size 2-4 MB ?
(I MEAN WHOLE METHOD)
