Hey, I'm in the process of making a portal bonus map pack and i was wondering if any mappers can help me with something. I want to spawn a portal directly beneith the player when they fall down a huge hole. Basically because this thing has an x,y area of 96,96 the player can move around during the fall. But i always want to make sure that they will land in a portal. How i've currently got it set up is that when they pass through 1 of 9 trigger_once then 1 of 9 portals will open up, the only problem is that there is still room for the player to fall and miss the portal. So i want it so that when the player gets to the trigger_once, it sends the portal a new x y location relative to the player (aka the players x y) and then that should maximise the chance of successfully going through the portal. So any ideas how to do this?
